****Visitors Welcome*****
*When should I arrive?
Most people arrive 10 minutes before worship. Know that you are welcome any time - even after the service starts.
*What should I wear?
We are casual at both of our services. While some may wear a suit or a dress, most come in jeans.
*Where should I park?
Our parking lot is located on the backside of the building - you will know it's our parking lot
because you will see the white church van with "Juniata" on it.
There are also handicapped spaces right next to the back entrance. Additional parking is found on the street.
*Is your building handicap accessible?
Yes! The main floor is accessible and there is an elevator to get to additional floors.
* Do you have a nursery?
Yes! We have a nursery for both services.
Arrival at Juniata United Methodist Church
*What should I do when I arrive?
Stop by our visitor center to pick up a welcome gift from the church. You are also invited to fill out a visitor card - and receive either a gift card for coffee or set up a time to have coffee with Pastor Michelle.
*Will I be recognized during the service as a visitor?
No, we know that this can make people feel uncomfortable. We do hope that you will fill out your contact information so we can stay connected beyond the service.
*Am I expected to give as a visitor?
No, you are gifting us with your presence and we pray that the worship service is a gift to you. While we do take an offering during each service, we do so as an act of worship for those who consider Juniata UMC to be their home.
*Who can I ask if I have questions?
Greeters are great people to ask if you have any questions, as well as the people who help lead the service - including the pastor and liturgist.
